Play chess against a bot
No account and no waiting. Open the page and a game against a bot is already set up.
Two opponents
- Kitsumi is easy-going and blunders like a friend does.
- Lexi is careful. She will not hand you much if you give her time to think.
Both of them have opinions about your play, and they share them.
How hard they think
- Classic: they think one move ahead and make friendly mistakes. Good for beginners.
- Sharp: they search properly, so it is a real game.
Your game, your rules
Choose your colour, or leave it to chance. Play with no clock, with 3+2, 5|0, 10|0 or 15+10, or at 10 to 60 seconds a move. You can play straight chess with the extras off, or use crazy chess or one of the variants.
Want to watch? The bots can play each other while you do something else.
A longer road
The Book of Squares is the campaign: a map of more than 160 hand-built battles against the bots.
