How it plays

  1. The Gate. Break it with the ram, or get attackers over the walls by ladder.
  2. The Yard. Fill the courtyard meter by keeping more attackers than defenders on it.
  3. The Keep. Wheel the siege tower through the gate and dock it to open a bridge.
  4. The King. He has three crowns. Knock them off one at a time, then the castle is yours.

The details

The defence
Archers, boiling oil, cannons and masons, with bodies around the tower to stop it rolling.
The clock
Every stage you take adds time.
Two halves
Both sides attack once. The second attack ends early the moment it beats the first one’s mark.
